Raising money and awareness for breast cancer

The students of the Lutheran Elementary School, led by the sixth grade and Miss Perez, raised over $2,000 for the Susan G. Komen Foundation during a fundraising and awareness day, held by the school on Friday, October 24. The entire community came dressed in shades of pink, enjoyed the bake sale, raffle and other fundraising events.
