YEMEN — Rebels Ride, Patrol in Sanaa: Houthi Shiite rebels ride in a military truck while patrolling astreet in Sanaa, Yemen, on Monday. Fighting in Yemen’s central Bayda province between Shiite Houthi rebels and the influential Qifa tribe in the town of Radda, some 200 kilometers (125 miles) south of the capital, Sanaa, killed at least 250 people over three days of clashes, security officials said Monday. Fighters from the Qifa tribe forced the Houthis out of the Manasih area in Radda, said the officials. A peace agreement signed between the Houthis and the government so far has failed to end the fighting.
