  • The latest victim of the “hammer mugger” describes his encounter with the suspect in a Bedford-Stuyvesanttrain station. [CBS News] Previous victims included a pregnant woman. [DNAInfo]
  • The Frieze Art fair has attracted followers and satellite events, but the “Bushwick Frieze Night” on Saturday [Bushwick Daily] and tonight’s Greenpoint Gallery Night [Greenpointers] were apparently not significant enough to merit the list of notables. [New York Times]
  • The Heat take a 2-0 series lead over the Nets [Nets Daily]. Already a waning playoff contender, the team lacks the intense rivalries and a devoted fan base that make for a memorable franchise. [New York Times]
