It looks like a stage set in the sky.

From several blocks away, you can see that a vertical slice of this gleaming glass skyscraper doesn’t have an exterior wall. Several apartments, stacked one above another, are open to the air, with construction workers inside them, playing their roles.

These photos depict 66 Rockwell Place, Dermot Co.’s new rental-apartment building, which has frontage on Fulton Street and Flatbush Avenue. Tenants have started moving into the handsome tower while contractors take care of their unfinished business.

Atlantic Galleria Development Is Still Stalled

It’s like Elvis – still dead.

We’re not going to show you photos of the Atlantic Galleria project at 252 Atlantic Ave. They’d look just like the ones we posted months ago.

The retail project where Pier 1 and Retro Fitness are planning to move has been stalled at least since last September.

And we’re not phoning Adir Cohen of Renaissance Realty Group to ask why nobody’s working at the prime site. We’re still waiting for him to get back to us, which he said he would do when we called him about this in December.
