Blueberry Scones

Enjoy these extra tender blueberry scones, made with cake flour or soft winter wheat. They are delicious served with lemon curd and freshly whipped cream.

Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cups cake flour (NOT self-rising)
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 6 tablespoons cold butter
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups blueberries
  • Raw sugar for sprinkling (optional)
