Big? Yes. Tasteful? Not so much.

“I have seen some really ugly houses in Mill Basin,” a commenter, Alfonce, said in a brooklyneagle.com posting.

One of many snarked-about homes in the neighborhood is the “Mill Basin Modern Menace,” as Curbed.com nicknamed 2659 E. 66th St. It’s big, blocky and beige, with a mud-colored stripe running randomly across the front of it.

An LLC whose managing member is Bronislav Leydiker bought the house for $1.35 million in 2012 – $485,000 less than seller MRZA LLC had paid for it in 2005, city records indicate.
