The City Planning Commission unanimously approved zoning changes Two Trees Management needs to develop the Domino Sugar Refinery site on the Williamsburg waterfront. There will be 110,000 square feet of affordable housing added, and that’s something everyone can cheer about.

Our own Dipti Kumar ventured over to the Domino Sugar refinery in Williamsburg to discuss Two Trees’ ongoing discussions about rezoning the property and creating more affordable housing units as part of mayor Bill de Blasio’s vision.
