Pro Bono Barrister: Kings Inn panel examines ‘Critical’ decisions

In keeping with its ongoing mission of providing and sharing knowledge of the law with newer attorneys and some who have never done courtroom combat, the Kings County American Inn of Court panel recently conducted a courtroom-like CLE program which focused on the consequences each decision can have on the outcome of the case at hand.
