Luxury clothing chain Neiman Marcus will be opening a 16,000-square-foot, two-floor discount outlet in the Brooklyn Municipal Building, located at 210 Joralemon Street.

The store, LastCall, has a rent of reportedly $70 per foot and already has neighbors such as Sephora and the upcoming Yoga Works and It’s Sugar.

There is no word yet on when the shop will be ready to open.

Neiman Marcus has also been in the news lately for data breaches into customer credit card information. It is unknown how many customers were affected, but CEO Karen Katz published a letter apologizing for the breach and offered customers a free year of credit monitoring service to any customer who shopped at the store with a payment card over the past year.

In her letter, Katz also noted that the company does not believe that PIN numbers, social security numbers, and birth dates not compromised.

Neiman Marcus is cooperating with the U.S. Secret Service and federal law enforcement agencies in investigating the problem.
