Bushwick senior with Alzheimer’s goes missing

A 72-year-old Bushwick man who has Alzheimer’s was last seen at 11 a.m. at George Street and Central Avenue on Tuesday, October 22, said police, who issued a Silver Alert for the missing senior on October 27.
Hui Chao Ye, from Cypress Avenue and Suydam Street, was last seen wearing a green jacket, black pants, white sneakers, and a tan hat. He stands 5’4″ tall and weighs 145 pounds.
It is unknown why there was a delay in the issuing of the alert.
