‘Bubbles of Hope’ to bounce through DUMBO Arts Festival on Saturday

One of the many spectacles taking place during this weekend’s 2013 DUMBO Arts Festival is “Bubbles of Hope,” a “joyous” choreographed procession through the streets led by Andrey Bartenev, a Russian performance artist.

The 60-artist-plus-audience procession, accompanied by live music, weaves its way through the neighborhood on Saturday from 12 – 2 p.m. Meet at Pier 1, Brooklyn Bridge Park at noon.
