Shake Shack is coming to DUMBO.

The popular burger-and-shakes chain signed a lease with Two Trees Management for the space at 1 Old Fulton Street, according to a report from Crain’s. The space is 3,200 square feet and reportedly cost $125 per square foot.

There is no word yet on when they plan to set up shop, but this will be Shake Shack’s third location in Brooklyn. It’s first, near the Fulton Mall, opened in late 2011, and the second is slated to appear near Barclays Center, at the juncture of Park Slope, Clinton Hill, and Fort Greene. The chain started out in 2004.

The new location is mere steps away from other well-known Brooklyn food destinations, such as Grimaldi’s Pizzeria, the Brooklyn Ice Cream Factory, and Smorgasburg DUMBO.
