Michael Napolitano of the Preschool of Rock had toddlers and their caregivers jumpin’ last week in the last of a series of DUMBO Family Summer Groove musical events. The DUMBO Improvement District, event sponsor, called the Archway of the Manhattan Bridge “NYC’s coolest kiddie concert venue.”
