Saint Ann’s School graduates the class of 2013
On Tuesday, June 11, 2013, Saint Ann’s School celebrated the Class of 2013 at the Church of St. Ann & the Holy Trinity on Clinton Street. President of the Board of Trustees Jonathan Weld offered a welcome. Head of School Vincent Tompkins addressed the graduating class and their families. The faculty guest speaker was David Stevens and seniors Thanja Jaygbay, Mika Kligler, David Ney, Alexander Protell, Gussie Roc, and Griffin Stevens were selected by their classmates to make presentations.
The Saint Ann’s Brass Choir performed the prelude directed by faculty member Stephen Pickering, and faculty member and organist Jason Asbury played the processional and recessional. The High School and Faculty Chorus, directed by Jason Asbury and accompanied by Nicholas Williams on the piano, sang Make our Garden Grow from Candide by Leonard Bernstein. In addition, members of the Class of 2013 performed a musical interlude arranged by senior Eliza Callahan.
