J. Crew signs a 10-year lease at 151 Court Street in Cobble Hill
J. Crew has signed a 10-year net lease for the two-story building at 151 Court Street, with plans to occupy a combined 7,047 square feet of space over three floors, according to a report from The Real Deal.
The space is currently occupied by the popular neighborhood Court Street Grocer.
“Some details still need to be ironed out,” however, but the lease was signed last week. Asking rent was supposedly $520,000 a year for a triple net lease.
