Hynes foe to file suit about TV show

Abe George, candidate for Brooklyn district attorney in the Democratic Party and one of two challengers against Kings County District Attorney Charles J. Hynes, will hold a news conference on Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. in front of the CBS offices in Manhattan to announce the filing of a lawsuit against the airing of a CBS reality show about Hynes and the DA’s Office. George alleges that the show, “Brooklyn D.A,” that is slated to begin on May 28, is in reality a campaign contribution from CBS and an example of political campaigning.
