The mayoral race is in the spotlight again thanks to the scandal of the FBI arresting Queens politicians on charges of bribery, fraud and election rigging, but there are still a lot of substantial issues to discuss, as well.

That’s why tonight’s NYC Mayoral Forum at St. Francis College at 6:30 p.m. is a great opportunity for New Yorkers to hear the candidate’s thoughts on major and minor issues alike, straight from their mouths.

So far, participating candidates are Public Advocate Bill de Blasio, Council Speaker Christine Quinn, Comptroller John Liu, Bill Thompson, and Sal Albanese.

The forum is sponsored by the Brooklyn Reform Coalition, which is made up of several Brooklyn Democratic caucuses.

The event is free, but seating is on a first-come, first-serve basis. It starts at 6:30 p.m., so get there early.
