Kathy Libraty makes street art her own
The first four years of her life were spent in France; she then moved to Brooklyn, her hometown, which birthed her love for street photography.
Kathy Libraty has been documenting images and moments in time since the 1980s. She drives all around Brooklyn with her camera, capturing different locations of graffiti and wall murals that speak to and jump out at her.
On April 6, Bay Ridge will be the site of her latest exhibition: Horror Vacui-Part 2, originally presented at a local Starbucks during August of last year.
