Tips sought on missing Flatbush senior

A Silver Alert has been issued for Velma Chambers, a 65-year-old black woman with Alzheimer’s Disease who was last seen at around 6 p.m. near Erasmus Street and Bedford Avenue.
Chambers stands around 5’4″ and weighs 100 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black hooded jacket and black pants.
Any sightings of her should be reported to 9-1-1.
