“Sixty one locations in a time span of 30 months,” proudly said Anthony Lolli, owner, broker and CEO of Rapid Realty about the latest Rapid Realty branch that officially opened for the public on February 1 at 7115 Fort Hamilton Parkway.

“It was fantastic,” Lolli remarked, adding that this ribbon cutting “was one of our biggest turn outs.” He explained what he feels “makes the company different,” is the fact that all surrounding franchises helped celebrate “our success.

“We all cooperate and compete with each other in a friendly way,” he added.

One hundred and fifty people attended the grand opening, including Brooklyn Borough President Marty Markowitz and Councilmember Vincent Gentile.

“We expect nothing but success,” continued Lolli, who added that the ultimate goal is to become a multi-unit franchise, which typically happens within one year.

“We had some champagne, we cut the ribbon and got the whole neighborhood to hear us,” concluded Lolli.
