Police have declared a Level One Mobilization in front of 1 MetroTech Plaza in Downtown Brooklyn after a shot was fired.

A single shot was reported in front of 1 MetroTech, home to National Grid and other businesses, sources said. One shell casing was found and no injuries were reported.

“Authorities informed us that a single gunshot was fired in front of 1 MetroTech Center at about 12:50 this afternoon,” an NYU-Poly spokesperson told the Brooklyn Eagle. “Although NYU-Poly does have facilities around the MetroTech Commons, we have none at 1 MetroTech. We have been told that no one was injured, and the NYPD continues to investigate.”

Police have arrested three teens, according to an unconfirmed report tweeted by Dean Meminger of NY1.
