‘MY NAME IS JAY’: Ellen meets Jay-Z on Brooklyn-bound subway
Here’s a holiday treat for anyone who might have missed the first YouTube post earlier this month.
Jay-Z enters a Brooklyn-bound subway — accompanied by a large entourage and gawked at by loving fans — and sits next to an elderly woman who was oblivious to the rapper’s fame.
Jay-Z was en route to his final show at the Barclays Center, and there was an enormous commotion with flashing cameras and a lot of noise when he stepped on to the train. Then, Jay-Z sat next to a woman named Ellen, who had no clue as to the identity of the Brooklyn Nets minority owner. She asked the world-famous artist who he was and what he does and if he’s famous (a reasonable assumption based on the crowd he’d attracted).
