DUMBO Arts Festival 2012 attracted hundreds of thousands of art lovers to the streets, galleries and studios of DUMBO this past weekend. Executive Producer Frank Reilly said the Children’s Museum of the Arts programming was especially popular. Above: Attendees painted a wearable canvass “DAF Dress,” as conceived by artist Mirena Rhee.
