Something fishy in DUMBO

To the bemusement of passers-by, these giant fish heads appeared to be growing out of the ground on Washington Street in DUMBO Friday morning. The heads were “planted” there by artist Ben Snead as part of the DUMBO Arts Festival, taking place Friday through Sunday.
