Knights win Parkville playoff, advance to championships

Knights starting pitcher Nick Cona threw a solid three innings, earning 6-strikeouts and allowed no runs to be scored. Angelo Fogliano came in to close the game and earned a strike out in the final two innings.
Cona stated off the first inning with a RBI single, Joey Baglivo earned an RBI on a fielder’s choice, Brandon Melio hit a single for a RBI, Sal Fusco and Joe Hasson had back to back RBI base on balls & Daniel Vittiburga scored two RBI’s on a double to end the inning 7-0 for the Knights.
In the second inning, Billy Poulos and Sal Fuscoboth had RBI singles. The nine runs ensured the Knights a victory with the final score of 9-3.
