Pairing Sausage With Beer At Rosamunde Sausage Grill
Who can go wrong with beer and sausages?
Rosamunde Sausage Grill is finally opening the doors to its first Brooklyn location on Friday, September 7, at 4 p.m.
The 285 Bedford Avenue restaurant will be serving $1 pints from 6 to 9 p.m. in celebration of its much-anticipated opening.
It will also have essentially same menu as the San Francisco flagships, ingeniously pairing 20 types of plump grilled sausages with a full bar of 24 draught beers plus cocktails, Pimms, and house sodas. Sausage types range from beer sausage and Italian sausage to currywurst and duck. The food options also include vegan-friendly sausages, sides the likes of German potato salad and soup.
