J. Crew Said To Be Considering Shop At 247 Bedford
J. Crew is one of several prospective tenants for 13 retail spots available at 247 Bedford Avenue in Williamsburg, reported TheRealDeal.com. If a deal goes through, then the upscale, youth- and young-adult-oriented clothing chain would be one of 13 new retailers taking onĀ the 35,000 square feet of space available through Lee & Associates NYC.
The 13 spaces will be up for lease in the next six to 18 months. Each retail space is between 1,000 to 6,000 square feet, with asking rents of $185 and $200 per square foot.
247 Bedford Avenue, which is located between North 3rd and North 4th Streets, sits across from the building slated to become a Whole Foods in 2014.
