Summertime, and the reading is easy

These adorable kids will be reading all summer, thanks to Brooklyn Public Library’s (BPL) annual Summer Reading program. Summer Reading kicked off last week at Grand Army Plaza with a party sponsored by Target, including live music, theater and readings by stars. Linda E. Johnson, President and CEO of BPL said the program “motivates students to read over the summer and helps prepare them for success when they return to school.” Visit: www.brooklynpubliclibrary.org/summerreading
