Bike-share secrets: Ever notice that unpopular news is often released at the start of a holiday weekend? That's what the Bloomberg administration did last Friday, posting its carefully guarded map of 420 bike-share stations. Many stations — including most of those in Brooklyn Heights — confiscate roadway used until now for parking cars. Quite a few of the commercial, advertisement-bearing installations will be placed on quiet residential blocks, in front of homes.
