A Queens man was arraigned over the weekend on rape and weapons charges after allegedly threatening two Brooklyn women with a hammer and raping one of them, as reported by NY1.

Police believe that Anthony Moore, 19, is the man who menaced an 18-year-old with a hammer early in the morning on April 9 before raping her in an alley.

Moore’s bail was set at $25,000, according to NY1.

He is also accused of attempting to rape another woman in her Brownsville apartment building later on the same day of the Bedford-Stuyvesant attack. That woman was able to fend him off and flee.

Charges against Moore related to the second incident include unlawful imprisonment and harassment.

His next day in court is Thursday, according to NY1.
