WILLIAMSBURG — TerraCRG reports a new listing for a vacant commercial building two doors from the famous Peter Luger’s Steakhouse.

The three-story loft building, at 156 Broadway, is vacant “and in need of a gut renovation,” according to Melissa DiBella, vice president of sales and marketing.

“The property could be ideal for a mixed-use residential conversion with retail space on the ground floor — possibly for a restaurant, gallery, specialty boutique or coffee shop,” she said. “The zoning would also allow for other uses such as a boutique hotel or gym.”
