Tomorrow from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. several of the Fairway chain’s food experts – or, as Fairway calls them, “food rock stars” – are coming to the Red Hook store at 480-500 Van Brunt St. to answer question from customers. Seen here is cheesemonger Steve Jenkins, who has received awards from the French and Italian governments and was recently named one of the 25 most important people in the history of the American specialty foods industry.
