The answer to the question as to whether you can still buy Barton Candy in New York is yes and no depending whom you talk to. Although on the Internet are posted letters from people who claim they have been able to purchase it, the brand which started out in Brooklyn and was particularly popular during Passover when it marketed kosher chocolates, was officially discontinued in 2007.
