From Packer to Prospect

The Local writes about two friends from Packer Collegiate Institute who plan to open a new restaurant, to be known as Prospect Restaurant, on Fulton Street between South Portland Avenue and South Oxford Street in Fort Greene. Alan Cooper and business partner Stephen Cohen both graduated from the Heights private school in 2001. On the subject of Fort Greene, Cooper said, “I wanted to be in the kind of brownstone community that I grew up in.”
