BROOKLYN HEIGHTS — Massey Knakal Realty Services reports a new listing for a mixed-use building at 130 Montague St. in Brooklyn Heights with an asking price of $5.75 million.
The five-story, 7,569-square-foot building contains nine residential units and two retail spaces. The residential units are all rent-stabilized and both retail units are currently occupied, according to Bob Knakal, Massey Knakal chairman, who is handling the marketing along with Stephen Palmese, director of sales in the Brooklyn office.
