1,400 Attend Trade Brooklyn Small Business Fair
More than 1,400 small business owners and entrepreneurs filled the hall at Trade Brooklyn, a business to business trade show held at Steiner Studios at the Brooklyn Navy Yard, according to organizers.
“Trade Brooklyn set an attendance record and we were able to create a forum for people to interact, generate leads and do business,” said Jonathan Levin of the Cardinal Trade Group and producer of the Brooklyn event. “Business deals were made and the foundation for future business in the region was built. Attendees left the event energized and many with new ideas and strategies.”
Brooklyn Borough President Marty Markowitz, who welcomed the exhibitors and visitors at a kickoff networking breakfast, said he recognized the importance of small business owners and government leaders working together to support the Brooklyn business community and surrounding areas.
