And it was said that Carroll Gardens would be as a land flowing with milk and honey, specifically cereal-flavored milk and honey, and behold, the preliminary reports were true, and it was good.

Momofuku Milk Bar, the devotion-inspiring dessert arm of chef David Chang’s New York-based Momofuku culinary empire, confirmed to the Eagle last night that it will open the doors of its second Brooklyn location this Saturday at 7 a.m. in Carroll Gardens.

The cult confectioner, under the leadership of chef Christina Tosi, will be flooding the streets with its signature Crack Pies and Cereal Milk soft serve from 360 Smith Street, near 2nd Place.

The Carroll Gardens bakery will be Momofuku’s fifth Milk Bar since opening its first in the East Village in 2008. It will also be the “largest and cutest,” according to an official source who didn’t elaborate.

Momofuku was attracted to Carroll Gardens for “its rich sense of community and bustling food scene.”

The Milk Bar, which will be open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. seven days a week, offers 8-buck pork buns and a jug of “pretzel milk” for a five spot. Amen.
