Mayor Bloomberg speaks to Grand Marshal Msgr. Kevin Noone, pastor of Our Lady of Angels Church, at the 19th Annual Bay Ridge St. Patrick’s Parade on Sunday. The parade route went down Fourth and Fifth avenues from Marine Avenue to 60th Street, and several bars along the way had live Irish music for the occasion.
