Heroin Raids From Brooklyn to Long Island
CENTRAL ISLIP, N.Y. (AP) — FBI agents have raided dozens of homes across Long Island, Brooklyn and Queens in a massive heroin bust.
Spokesman Peter Donald confirmed Tuesday that 18 people were in custody but declined to comment further.
The arrests are part of a lengthy probe into the drug trade on Long Island, where it has been a persistent problem.
