Popeyes Replaces Planned Starbucks

Sheepshead Bites says that a storefront at 3454 Nostrand Ave., which was previously slated to become a Starbucks, will instead become a Popeye’s chicken emporium. The owner apparently dropped the Starbucks plans when the MTA took too long to move a bus stop closer to the store.
