Trimboli gives talk on high rise safety
Whether you live in a high-rise apartment building like the Bay Ridge Towers or Shore Hill’s senior housing on Shore Road or work in one of the skyscrapers in Manhattan, Lou Trimboli — a senior real estate manager for the CBRE Group, a Fortune 500 firm, and a member of the BOMA NY Preparedness Committee, a high-rise buildings safety task force — gave an enhanced training session on evacuation procedures in the event of a fire, terrorist attack, gas explosion or earthquake to members of the Bay Ridge and Bensonhurst Community Emergency Response Team (CERT1NYC) at the Bay Ridge Manor. Trimboli is also a CERT crew chief, and president of the 62nd Precinct Community Council.
