Eddie Atchouke, co-owner of the Dough bakery in Bedford-Stuyvesant, frosts doughnuts in this recent photo. Atchouke started his small business in 2010 and now has 15 employees making up to 2,000 doughnuts daily, most of which are sold wholesale to outlets in Manhattan and Brooklyn.
