Crews are seen cleaning up after last weekend a billboard collapsed next to the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway on Meeker Avenue in Williamsburg. A car and several nearby buildings were damaged. Officials at the Department of Buildings say there should not have been any billboards at the site. The billboard was advertising the New York State Lotto.
