“We are thrilled to take over sales at On Prospect Park, one of the most coveted addresses in Brooklyn,” said Kliegerman, president of Brown Harris Stevens Development Marketing. “The strengths of our first-rate team, including our expertise and considerable resources, will contribute to a quick sell-out of the remaining units in this stunning building.”

The remaining units in the 15-story modern glass tower, are a mix of one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom units that range in size from 962 to 3,524 square feet and in price from $695,000 to $5.1 million, including three penthouse units with up to 3,500-square-foot terraces.

New combination units will also be made available, offering simplex and duplex units ranging from two to five bedrooms.

Of the 80 percent sold and occupied, 93 of the original 114 units were sold by The Corcoran Group, either individually or as combination units.
