Lost dog returned to owner

The female dog found by officers of the 68th Precinct onWednesday, January 11, has been returned to its relieved ownerfollowing a neighborhood wide outpouring of support that includedthousands of phone calls.

The adorable dog had been found walking without a leash onMarine and Third Avenues on Wednesday afternoon.
