Carone explained that his Canarsie-based firm handles a varietyof matters, including wills, estates, trusts, confidential andsensitive criminal matters and business or personal issues withmunicipal or government agencies. He and Seddio decided to mergewith Abrams Fensterman because they were getting stretched too thinwith their busy work schedules.

We needed a firm that is large enough to offer full serviceplus quality, he said. It has been a pleasure working withFensterman. They have such an energetic and motivated team.Everyone is equipped to service all of our clients.

Howard Fensterman is the managing partner of Abrams Fensterman, which has offices in Manhattan, Rochester and Lake Success, NewYork. It is a full service law firm that has a substantialcommercial litigation, matrimonial, health care and trusts andestates practice.

Fensterman is just as pleased with the merger. We waited for along time to have a presence in Brooklyn, he said. We wanted toensure that we found the right people who are compatible with us. Iam delighted to have two people of such stature at our firm.

The merged firm will be opening up a new office in downtownBrooklyn very soon. We want to cover the entire borough, Caroneexplained. There are a myriad of businesses that have chosen tomake Brooklyn their home in the last couple of years.
