The informational presentation is an application requirement.

The Land Use Committee will also review the following two Landmarks Preservation Commission applications:

• 242 Cumberland Place in the Fort Greene Historic District, an application to replace the existing rear façade and to add a new two-story extension to the rear of the house.

The meeting, set to begin at 6 p.m., will take place in room LC400 of the Dibner Building at NYU-Poly, 5 MetroTech Center on the MetroTech Commons in Downtown Brooklyn.
