On Sunday, Nov. 15, as part of the “Dutch Days” celebration in New York, the Old First Reformed Church in Park Slope plans to serve a Dutch colonial-style dinner, with recipes taken from an authentic 17th century cookbook. Among the dishes are beef with ginger, chicken with orange, stewed cabbage, leeks, pumpkin cornmeal cakes and various fruit tarts.
