MANHATTAN — SL Green Realty Corp. reports that eight buildings in its NYC portfolio are recipients of a U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Energy Star Label.

Included in the list of buildings recognized for superior performance and energy efficiency is Downtown Brooklyn’s 16 Court St.

According to the EPA, properties with the Energy Star Label are more than 30 percent more efficient than those without, resulting in lower operating costs for both the landlord and tenants.
