Residents of the North Heights got a chuckle on Tuesday as Plymouth Day Camp held its annual “Crazy Hat Parade.” Wearing paper-plate hats festooned with streamers, colored tape stickers and painted designs, dozens of tykes paraded around the block to the applause of their parents. “This is as much amazingness as you can imagine!” art teacher Rachel Goldsmith said. “It’s been a busy first week,” added Uma Parikh-Nielsen, camp director.
